St. Vincent Meals-On-Wheels

The Associate Group of the St. Vincent
Meals-on-Wheels is a life link to the greater community for delivering meals in Southern California. These special volunteers support the St. Vincent Meals-on-Wheels Program by organizing yearly fund-raisers and other activities that pay for the basic cost of good wholesome food for the elderly and the disabled who are homebound.
 
 
San Diego Hospice San Diego Hospice & Palliative Care is an independent, non-profit, community-owned health care provider and the oldest, most comprehensive hospice care provider in San Diego County. Their mission is to prevent and relieve suffering and promote quality of life, at every stage of life, through patient and family care, education, research and advocacy.
