Dear Industry Colleague,
Welcome to the Professional Environmental Marketing Association (PEMA) of Southern California, a nonprofit 501c6 association. As always, it is our goal to become an integral part of each of our members marketing and business development strategies by providing educational, client development and networking opportunities. Our target membership includes technical, sales, and marketing professionals involved in all aspects of the environmental industry.
In order to achieve PEMA's mission of providing practical education and promoting the exchange of information to benefit the environmental industry, we provide monthly meetings featuring speakers and presentations on a diverse range of topical issues. Our programs are designed to center around upcoming business opportunites, industry trends, unique case studies and regulatory developments. Speakers include regulatory agency representatives, industry experts, and representatives of public agencies and private businesses who contract for environmental services of all types.
Our diverse programs schedule provides PEMA members with a platform for meeting new teaming partners, making valuable industry contacts, and exchanging of ideas with leaders in the environmental field. There is a lot of sharing and networking happening at PEMA! . In addition, with many of our programs focusing on answering the question of "where's the work coming from", our members can better plan their long-term marketing and business development strategies.
There is also a great amount of energy and excitement on the Board of Directors. I am fortunate to be working with a truly talented and dedicated group. The efforts of these volunteers can be very rewarding when great things are accomplished. As more and more members become involved I see even greater rewards; new programs and fresh ideas! If you have any questions or want to become involved with your industry's association, please call me directly at 909-860-7777 or our administrative office at 714-832-5741.
Regards,
Greg Acosta
