Suzanne R. Varco is the managing partner of the Environmental Law Group LLP in San Diego, California. Ms. Varco has over 30 years of experience in environmental law. Ms. Varco’s practice emphasizes representation of private interests and public entities in various brownfield redevelopment matters. Ms. Varco has extensive experience in hazardous waste compliance and cleanup, CEQA compliance and litigation, transactional due diligence involving environmental concerns, environmental permitting and compliance, underground storage tank issues, and environmental cost recovery and grant funding. Ms. Varco works extensively with local, state and federal regulatory agencies.
