PEMA presents an online seminar by

Rafat Abbasi, P.E., is a Senior Engineer at California Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Toxic Substance Control.  He has over 28 years of experience in site investigation, engineering analysis, design of soil and groundwater treatment and vapor intrusion mitigation systems.  His primary focus is redevelopment of brownfields and address housing needs in environmentally distressed communities across California.  Mr. Abbasi received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from N.E.D University of Engineering and Technology and Masters degrees from Newark College of Engineering and University of California, Irvine.  He is a Registered Professional Civil Engineer in California.
